4 Bedroom Ski-in/Ski-out at Beaver Run Peak 9

This was a nice suite it fit our needs.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful property! There was plenty of room for our group. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Everyone loved the amenities…would definitely recommend! We cannot wait to plan another stay!

The Beaver run condo was overall very good for us. With all the amenities you can keep everyone entertained without leaving the property. My kids loved the arcade and pool/hot-tub. Right next to the property are some nice trails by the chair lift that you can hike/walk dog. They had some high chairs, pack n plays, and toys for kids that were nice to have there. Navigating the Beaver run property is a little bit confusing at first but not too bad. The layout of the condo is a little bit different than I would have expected. There is no bathroom on the main living area floor and you have to go up one stairs and down another to access two of the other rooms or you can use key card and go across hallway. The kitchen was nice and had everything you need but was a bit cramped. We were a bit concerned with the stairs having large openings along the rail so we had to use a baby gate at the bottom. The balcony has one spot where the gap with the bars is wide enough for a small child to fall through and they’re are tall chairs and table on balcony that a child could climb up and fall over wall. They’re is also a window next to slider that a child can access from the couch and is a straight drop to ground if they pushed out screen, same thing in some of bedrooms. No AC or forced air fan but there were some fans in closets which were about all we needed. All and all excellent place and location. I think the potential fall hazards should be addressed personally.
